Joined APPWD as Assistant Engineer in 1986, rising to Chief Engineer (2003), Chairman of State Disaster Management Committee (2012), Secretary of WRD (2015), retiring in 2022. President of Galo Welfare Society (two terms), President of APESA. Composed the Galo Anthem. Advocated Galo script as third language in schools.
